MID Contracting Scope in this package included all Electro-mechanical works;
- Mechanical Works: HVAC System, domestic hot and cold water system, drainage system, fire fighting system, fuel & LPG systema, BMS ( Building Management System), swimming pools and external fountains, irrigation system, FM200 system, CO2 system & steam boilers.
- Electrical Works: power system and cables, lighting system (internal and external), telephone, TV and data systems, generators and emergency power, lightning system, earthing system, music system, fire alarm system, transformers and switch gear, main and sub-main panels, motor control centers, metering system & dimming system
