New Port Project – Package 3: Infrastructure, Buildings, Yards & Sheds- EPC Contract

The scope of work under this package comprises of Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Erection, Completion, Testing, Commissioning and Training of Employer’s Personnel, to the successful operation of the following Buildings, Yards, Sheds, Equipment & facilities (an EPC project under FIDIC Silver Book) and as per the following:

1. Buildings: Administrative building, Gate house/entrance, Maintenance building, Workshop, Stores, Amenities building, Guard houses, etc. of total built up area of around 26000m2.
2. Sheds: Closed sheds and open sheds for transit and temporary storage, separate dangerous goods shed and other sheds. Area around 45,000 m2 for open and closed sheds
3. Yards and Roads: Pavements for yards, roads and parking areas are in principle divided into heavy duty and light duty type of pavements. Further refining may be adapted during the required design process. In particular the pavement of the berth areas shall include sections for heavy loading. Area around 300,000 m2
4. Utilities & Services: The utilities and services include power distribution (MV and LV), potable water distribution, sewer and wastewater collection and treatment system, telecommunication network and fire fighting system. In addition general site works as surface water drainage, area (high mast) lighting, fencing and security system (CCTV).
5. Landscaping around buildings and on slopes.
