Regional BIM Manager

1. Manage interface between project teams and the BPG.
2. Manage the production of models via any source, i.e. consultants, BPG, survey parties, trade contractors.
3. Produce scope documents for any third party modeling/survey requirements.
4. Identify training requirements for the wider project teams.
5. Review BIM models produced by BPG and others for Quality and accuracy purposes.
6. Produce cost plan based on NRM1 utilizing general m2 rates i.e. not elemental cost plan.
7. Assist in assessing the BIM capabilities of the supply chain.
8. Develop high level 4D programmed information.
9. Produce EIR and agree with all parties.
10. Produce BEP and agree with all parties including LOD/LOI.
11. Ensure federated model is produced and is co-ordinated.
12. Elemental cost plan.
13. Detailed 4D information.
14. Undertake clash detection process to develop the model.
15. Continue model management services commenced in the pre-construction phase incorporating trade contractors, clash detection and any FM information into the scheme.
16. Produce health and safety information and logistics information for wider presentation.
17. Arrange for As-built scanning and modeling as required and agreed by the EIR/BEP.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in BIM field.

• Knowledge in Quality Assurance Principles.
• Related computer software’s.
• English language.
Bachelor’s degree in related engineering fields as well as the grade shouldn’t be less than Very Good.
