    The Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences Project is prestigious signature project located in the heart of the city, which will take its place amongst the city's distinctive skyline. The Project is part of a major investment by the Client to build two high-story buildings, one as residential tower consisting of 90 apartments and the other as a hotel tower of 228 guest rooms.


    MID Contracting Company's scope of Works as a main Contractor includes the residential tower's mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, and the finishing works, as well as any associated general items.
