  • Job Summary: 

Maintaining all documents related to all projects or any designated subject within a well-defined manner for maintenance and retrieval purposes, as well as implementing the electronic document control protocols set by MID. 

 

  • Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Maintaining all electronic and non electronic documents related to all projects or any designated subject within a well-defined manner for maintenance and retrieval purposes. 

  1. Implementing the version and document control protocols approved by MID. 

  1. Controlling all the documents inflow and outflow as per the set procedures. 

  1. Availing the documents upon the concerned staff request indicating the version and the date of establishment. 

  1. Executing the process of electronic documents packaging, stacking and delivery for both local and regional clients if needed. 

 

  • Job Specification: 

Education: 

Diploma in any related field 

Experience: 

Two year of experience in document control and/ or administration. 

 

  • Technical  Competencies: 

  1. Knowledge in Archiving & Storing Principles. 

  1. Knowledge in Microsoft Office. 

  1. Knowledge in Archiving Applications
