MID contracting was the first Jordanian contracting company to acquire the ISO 9001 certification. Our quality management system is constantly modified and updated to comply with the updated versions of the standard, thus allowing us to have acquired the ISO 9001:2008 certificate and presently the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
Since inception, customer satisfaction was one of the main distinctions of MID Contracting. We at MID believe that this goal can only be achieved by providing our customers with the highest levels of quality work and efficient services.
Quality awareness and training are provided for all of the project staff prior to the commencement of actual execution of works.
We continuously strive to improve our performance through carrying out site quality audits to inspect and verify compliance with our quality management system and the project’s quality plan that is prepared directly after contract award.
